A look inside

How it works

  1. Open the link and sign in onceOn any phone or work computer. Everyone uses your workplace username and one workplace code, so there are no personal accounts. It remembers them next time.
  2. Staff report it in a minuteSay what it is and where, and how soon it's needed. They can stay anonymous, and follow progress on the live updates page.
  3. The team sorts it, a manager signs it offThe person it's allocated to adds quick updates and marks it done. A manager signs it off with the manager PIN. Anyone can add a learning point, and it's kept as evidence.

Why teams use it

Fix it while it's small and cheapA dripping tap or a slow PC is quick to sort today. Left for weeks, it becomes a leak or a lost morning of appointments, and a bigger bill.
Easy for anyone to flagAny phone or computer, no app or personal account. Staff can type or speak it, and stay anonymous if they prefer.
Nothing gets lostEvery issue has an owner and a status. Anything open for two weeks is flagged.
Evidence for inspectionsEvery report, fix and learning point is dated and grouped into themes, ready for health and safety checks and audits. For healthcare teams, themes link to CQC quality statements like Safe environments and Learning culture.
Clear ownershipEvery issue can be allocated to someone in the team, so it's clear who's dealing with it and nothing sits waiting.
Everyone has a say, not just whoever's in the meetingPart-timers, locums, early and late shifts can raise things any time, and see what's happening without waiting for the next meeting. Managers can then go through the week's issues together.

Spot themes. Show what you've learned.

See what keeps coming backThemes show the problems raised most often, and repeat problems in the same room, so you fix causes rather than symptoms.
Learning points and actionsAdd them in your team meeting or when something's sorted, with an action and a date if you need one. They're kept as evidence for inspections and audits, including CQC in healthcare, and staff can see what's changing.
Covers the everyday risksTrip hazards, missing stock, desk and chair set-up, cleaning, equipment and IT, all in one place.
Download your evidenceA ready-made report and spreadsheet for team meetings, governance and your next inspection or audit.

Questions

Do staff need an account?

No personal accounts. Everyone signs in with your workplace username and one workplace code, which keeps reports anonymous. Managers enter a separate manager PIN when they assign, approve or sign off issues. Only your team can get in.

Is it really anonymous?

Yes. Anonymous reports don't store a name or account. Staff get a reference number to follow up instead.

Where is the data kept?

On secure UK servers. Reports hold no patient information, and staff are asked not to include any.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes: we set up your workplace, you add your team, then share the link in your staff group.

Can we use it across several sites?

Each site gets its own workplace. Get in touch if you have more than one site.

How do I get in touch?

Email info@raiseit.live. We usually reply within one working day, whether it's a question, a quick demo or setting up your workplace.
